  1. Beanie and neck warmer set in powder pink

Polish Television — sets for the New Year's Eve crew

150 wool beanie and neck warmer sets for journalists covering the New Year's Eve concert. Outdoors, in the cold, on camera — the set had to keep them warm and look right on screen.

The challengeAn order with a date that cannot move: New Year's Eve is New Year's Eve. On top of that, the whole crew appears side by side in a single shot, so the colour has to be identical across all 150 sets — differences between yarn lots read more clearly on screen than in person. And third: the set has to keep people warm for hours in freezing weather without overwhelming the silhouette on camera.

What we didA neck warmer instead of a scarf — it does not come undone in the wind and does not drift into frame when a reporter moves. Wool instead of acrylic, because after three hours in the cold you feel the difference immediately. When an entire order ends up in one shot, we take the colour from a single yarn lot.

  2. Couple in black and cream beanies and neck warmers from the private label collection

Swiss fashion brand — 200,000 beanies

Produced from eco-friendly yarn, an ongoing partnership across several seasons. Batch-to-batch consistency at this scale is the main reason the client stayed in Europe.

The challengeAt two hundred thousand pieces the problem is not making the first batch — it is making the fifth one identical. A beanie from the spring run has to match one from autumn: same density, same dimensions after washing, same shade. Organic yarn narrows the supplier list further, so a delay cannot be made up by switching source at the last minute.

What we didThe same team on the same machines, and dimensional checks as we go rather than at packing. We plan the season ahead together with the yarn reservation — at this scale that is the only way a deadline is a promise rather than a forecast.

  3. Green set: beanie, scarf and gloves — a ready model from the private label collection

BinarApps — Christmas gift for an IT team

150 merino beanies with a discreet logo on a leather patch. Employees picked their colour from two models. Three weeks from order to delivery.

The challengeA gift for a team has one difficulty nobody mentions: one person buys it, a hundred and fifty have to wear it. One model in one colour means half of them will not. And the deadline — a Christmas gift delivered in January is just a hat.

What we didTwo models, and the colour chosen by the employee rather than by HR. The logo on a leather patch instead of a large embroidery across the forehead — the beanie stays a beanie rather than becoming company merch, so it leaves the office and gets worn all winter. Three weeks from order to delivery.

  4. Jacquard: logo and pattern knitted directly into the beanie fabric

Electronic music festival — jacquard beanies

500 pieces to the client's own design, pattern knitted into the fabric. One month from design approval to delivery on site.

The challengeJacquard is not print. The pattern is created together with the fabric, stitch by stitch, so the design has to be translated to needles before the machine starts. A correction after the run begins is not a correction — it is a new sample and a new deadline. And the deadline was tied to the festival date.

What we didWe count the month from design approval, not from the enquiry — and we say so upfront, so the client knows the clock starts with their decision. Pattern prepared and approved on a sample before the run. 500 pieces delivered to the venue.

  5. Leather patch: embossed logo on a knitted blanket — premium branding

33 Records — beanies for a music label

40 wool beanies on our model with the client's patch. Small run, full personalisation, one month.

The challengeForty pieces is too few to justify starting a project from scratch. The cost of developing your own model — construction, samples, machine set-up — would spread across a run so small that the unit price would stop making sense.

What we didA model from our collection plus the client's patch. Development cost disappears, personalisation stays — which is why on this route the minimum is 30 pieces, not 300. It is the most common way a small brand starts working with us.

  6. Embroidery: colourful logo embroidered on a white kids beanie

Tourism sector — beanie with embroidered logo

100 pieces, acrylic with fleece lining, logo embroidered on an eco-leather patch. Custom design from the client's files, ready in two weeks.

The challengeA working beanie for field staff has different requirements than one made for retail. It has to be warm and windproof, but also cheap to maintain and replace, because it gets lost and worn out. The second problem: a small logo embroidered straight into a loose knit sinks into the structure and loses definition.

What we didAcrylic with a fleece lining — it cuts the wind, survives frequent washing, and nobody counts the loss when a piece is replaced. Embroidery on a faux-leather patch, which gives a stable base so the logo stays legible. Custom design from the client's files, ready in two weeks.

Some projects are protected by NDAs — we show products without client logos.
